I joined “PEP” April 12, 1999; it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Besides losing 63 pounds, which is GREAT, I am more ENERGETIC and feel so much better about myself.
On "PEP" you’re not deprived of your favorite foods. It was hard to believe I could lose weight and still eat ice cream, cake, pizza, etc.
Lots of people were surprised with the amount of weight I have lost, but my doctor was surprised the most. The expression on his face was worth a thousand words. The first words out of his mouth were "How did you do it?"! He was so pleased, and the big benefit was he took me off my blood pressure medication.
My husband and I have a lot of fun going out to shop for my new wardrobe, I went from a size 18 to a size 10, and my husband is always bragging about how much weight I have lost and how good the "PEP" program works. I think my husband spreads the word about "PEP" even more than I do.
Needless to say, I would strongly recommend "PEP" to anyone who wants a healthy way of losing weight.
